Welcome

Welcome to the BurRanch Owner's Association. We represent the residents of beautiful Burnett Ranch, located ten miles northwest of Wimberley, Texas, to address the concerns, preservation and ongoing maintenance of our private BurRanch Community Park, located on the Blanco River.

The BurRanch Owner's Association promotes the common interests of the larger association of owners of lots in Burnett Ranch Subdivisions I, II, III, and IV, Hays County, Texas, a rural subdivision.  Said purpose shall encompass, without limitation, operation and maintenance of the park area. The association shall not have any responsibility, duties or authority to fund and/or maintain any roads except for those roads located within the park area.

Park Hours
The park is open for the enjoyment of our residents from Daylight to Sunset, 365 days a year. Occasionally, park maintenance or volunteer cleanup days are scheduled, which may restrict usage of the park. The park will be closed subject to bad weather and/or occasional flooding.

Entry
Persons who drive into the park, or park along the road and enter on foot, must display either a current BurRanch Vehicle Sticker on the windshield of their vehicle(s). Hays County Law dictates that parking within 50 feet of the bridge is prohibited.

Visitors must be accompanied by their sponsoring member in good standing.

Members in good standing are issued a key to the locked gate at the entrance. You must close and lock the gate every time you enter or leave the park area.

If problems arise regarding unauthorized visitors please call the Hays County Sheriff's department, 512-393-7896, requesting assistance at the BurRanch Park, 251 Valley View, Wimberley.

Dues
$60.00 per year are due on the first day of the new calendar year (January 1st), and may be sent to:

The severe weather conditions make fire a serious risk. A county - wide BURN BAN is in effect - please do not use the open grills at the river park, and take extra care with cigarettes, matches, etc. Ground fires are ALWAYS PROHIBITED in the park. Thanks for helping us protect our park!
