Board Meetings

Regular board meetings are held throughout the year. The annual membership meeting is held the third Saturday in May of each year. This was changed from the second weekend in May to avoid conflicts with Mother's Day. Members in good standing are invited to attend regular scheduled meetings. Please contact a board member for more information about regular board meetings and special meetings.

Scheduled Board Meetings will be held at the River Park, weather permitting.

Should the weather be bad on any of these dates, we will set a different location at that time.

Annual Meeting

Typically, the annual meeting in May begins at 12:00 p.m. on the grounds of the BurRanch Park, followed by a "dinner on the ground." All attendees are invited to bring a side dish, as a variety of barbecue meats is generally provided.

Members in good standing shall have one vote per lot as those lots were originally platted in the subdivisions. Simply put, if you subdivided your lot and sold to several people, you still have but one vote for the entire original lot. No more than one vote is allowed per person, notwithstanding the number of lots owned by a single person.
