Please post the following information for your sales staff:

Please inform potential buyers that a gate at the River Park on the Burnett Ranches is in place and locked. Only paid BurRanch Owners Association members will have access to the park by the swimming hole, the parking lot and use of the picnic tables.

The BurRanch Owners Association owns the Park. Each of the five sections of the BurRanch subdivision are deeded varying access to the Park. Deed restrictions in each of the five sections are different, so be sure your client reviews them carefully.

By becoming a member of the Owners Association a new land owner will have full access to the 27 acre River Park which includes the parking area and picnic tables, and will have voting rights.

Please inform all buyers of commercial rental property that only renters with a lease of one year or more may use the Park by paying an annual fee of $60. However, such members will have no voting rights.

Guests of Bed and Breakfast type operations do not have access to the Park unless they are physically accompanied by the owner of record.
